How much does it cost to get our merch store?
Nothing — it’s completely free.
We design the store, create your merch, and host everything for you at no cost.
Do we get our own website link?
Yes! Every club gets a free subdomain
(e.g., snowboardsoc.iety.co.uk).
If you already own a domain or want us to buy one for you, we can set that up for a small fee.
What do we need to provide to get started?
Just your email.
You’ll receive a Starter Pack where you can upload your logo, club name, photos, and a few preferences. That’s all we need.
How long does it take to build our store?
Usually 24–48 hours after you return your Starter Pack.
We’ll send you a preview to approve before it goes live.
Are refunds available on merch orders?
No, we don’t offer refunds because every item is custom made to order for your club.
If there’s a printing error or issue with the product itself, we’ll make sure it’s resolved.
Do we need to handle shipping or customer questions?
Nope! We handle all printing, shipping, and support, so your club doesn’t need to manage anything. Just share your store link and enjoy.
